Days as an auxiliary police Days as an auxiliary police
My life has turn upside up, since I took the decision of becoming an auxiliary police officer. Nothing is so easy or so hard as to change a pattern of daily routine. My friends took a different perspective of myself and somehow i became an exile on their lives. Nothing would prepare me for such a burden unless I knew I took the right decision to follow an inspirational outbreak of justice. I have being an auxiliary police officer for five years, and nothing has given me more delight as to fulfill my duties. Being a support for my fellow officers, shows, in more than one sense, the truthfulness of this great family, we men in blue, are. The danger in the streets is part of our daily encounter with destiny. Being prepared of what could happen is not enough, but the keen sense of having done our best one more day during our service. I have lived with a deep sense of responsibilities. I will not create a false impression that always, every situation has being a correct one. The only thing taking control of my actions was my need to do the right move. A move toward the righteousness and humble desire to serve in my community. I see better days for us, auxiliary policemen. Days when respect from our fellow officers is the norm. Sometimes discarded as a nuisance, other praise as an invaluable and secure assistance. At some point, this should be the key to change. The involvement of more civilians, the need to recognize, policemen are simple people like us, with greatness in their hearts. Giants, move as lightning, to help an stranger, leaving their own at risk. I feel proud to be part of this. Society must understand that police is needed and must be respected. Not as a favor, or a meaningless show of despair, but as an heroic movement towards a better living as a whole. Do not think of me as a failure for not becoming a police officer , I am a citizen .One who want to be part of the police body. Let us mingle on the streets for our common good goal of justice and protection of the weak. Proud to be an auxiliary to your burden. We all need a friend. One who understand your need and deceptions. Eager to help and be on the trouble spot, on your side. Let us dream. Let us unite our efforts for a better world. The one close to our hometown. The one close to our hearts. Be one with me. Allow me to help you.
